Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
